Biography

Ciara has been working at Wallace Robinson & Morgan since September 2020. After initially assisting as a paralegal at the firm, Ciara began her two-year Training Contract in January 2021 obtaining experience in both contentious and non-contentious areas of law. Before joining Wallace Robinson & Morgan, Ciara graduated from the University of Birmingham in July 2020 with a LLB Law degree. Alongside her Training Contract, Ciara completed the Legal Practice Course with a Masters degree in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Birmingham. Ciara then qualified as a solicitor in January 2023, undertaking work in the Dispute Resolution and Employment Departments.

Ciara is a dedicated solicitor who has obtained a broad range of experience advising clients across various sectors. Ciara has advised both private and commercial clients on matters such as contractual and commercial disputes, contentious probate claims, property and neighbour disputes, debt recovery matters, TOLATA disputes, negligence claims, settlement agreements and employment rights.

Ciara’s role includes providing legal support and advice on a range of legal issues and assisting with legal proceedings, negotiations and alternative dispute resolution. Ciara understands that legal issues can often be stressful and worrying for clients. With that in mind, Ciara is committed to providing practical, clear and pragmatic legal solutions, ensuring client’s feel supported throughout the process.

Whether navigating complex disputes or addressing employment concerns, Ciara can assist to secure the best possible outcome, offering tailored solutions for each client’s unique situation.

Outside of work, Ciara loves travelling and exploring new places. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Ciara has family in both Italy and Ireland and loves to visit them whenever she can. Ciara also enjoys listening to music and watching as many TV series as possible.
