Residential Conveyancer
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Experience Required: Minimum 12 years’ PQE
Contract Type: Full-time (office based) / Permanent
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 12 years’ post-qualification experience to join our friendly and professional property team.
You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. You’ll have the opportunity to work with the support of a well-structured, collaborative department.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from start to finish
- Handling freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, raising and responding to enquiries, and dealing with lenders
- Delivering excellent client care and building long-term relationships
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- At least 12 years’ PQE handling a large volume of residential conveyancing files independently
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills- our focus is our personalised service
- A proactive, positive and organised approach
- Team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive workplace

Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Experience Required: 10+ years’ PQE
Contract Type: Full-time (part-time may be considered) / Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 10 years’ PQE to join our growing team.
You will handle a diverse and stimulating caseload of commercial transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development projects. You’ll be confident managing complex matters, providing practical, business-minded advice, and mentoring junior colleagues.
This role would suit someone seeking genuine autonomy, high-quality work and a friendly, professional environment that values collaboration and long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing complex commercial property matters including acquisitions, leases, and developments
- Advising on conditional contracts, options, and overage arrangements
- Acting for landlords, tenants, investors, developers, and lenders
- Providing high-quality client service and building strong professional relationships
- Supporting business development and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years’ PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Self-motivated and able to handle matters independently
