About the Role

We are looking for Litigation Solicitor / Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive with 0–3 years’ PQE to join our Litigation Team

You will manage a varied caseload covering general civil litigation work to include property litigation, contentious probate, debt collection, contract disuptes and settlement agreements. You will be confident handling matters independently with support and supervision from a senior fee earner, while providing clear, practical advice and a high level of client care. You will take initial enquiries and instructions and be able to identify matters which we can support clients with. The successful candidate will also be confident in supporting the growth of the Team through marketing and networking activities.

This role would suit someone looking to develop their Litigation experience within a friendly and professional environment, with the opportunity to manage their own caseload and build long-term relationships with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a broad caseload of Civil Litigation dealing with your own caseload independently and efficiently
• Advising clients on commercial and pragmatic solutions to their contentious matters.
• Supporting other members of the Team to grow the department
• Marketing and business development activities
• Taking initial enquiries and signposting clients to the appropriate next steps
• Conducting legal research where required to ensure advice and procedures remain accurate and up to date
• Providing excellent client service and building strong professional relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0–3 years’ PQE in Civil Litigation. We will consider applications from candidates who have substantial paralegal experience and/or who have followed alternative qualification routes
• Experience handling a broad range of Litigation matters
• Confidence managing a variety of work across Litigation and handling enquiries.
• Excellent communication, drafting and client care skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage matters independently and efficiently
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A professional, approachable and empathetic manner when dealing with clients
• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider team

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2–5 years’ PQE to join our Private Client team.

You will manage a varied caseload covering wills, probate and estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning. You will be confident handling matters independently, including high-value and more complex estates, while providing clear, practical advice and a high level of client care.

This role would suit someone looking to develop their Private Client career within a friendly and professional environment, with the opportunity to manage their own caseload and build long-term relationships with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a broad caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate and estate administration
• Advising on estate planning, inheritance tax mitigation and trusts
• Preparing wills, lasting powers of attorney, deeds of variation, gifts and family arrangements
• Obtaining grants of probate and dealing with the administration of estates
• Preparing estate accounts and supporting legal and financial documentation
• Advising on the creation and administration of trusts and Deputyship Orders
• Corresponding with the Probate Registry, Land Registry, Office of the Public Guardian, solicitors and other third parties
• Conducting legal research where required to ensure advice and procedures remain accurate and up to date
• Managing your own caseload independently and efficiently
• Dealing confidently and effectively with new enquiries, including more complex matters
• Providing excellent client service and building strong professional relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and powers of attorney
