We can help you decide whether a Trust is right for you and advise on all aspects of the creation and management of Trusts
There are many different scenarios which will merit the creation of a Trust. For example, a Trust can be set up for beneficiaries under the age of 18 years, to help those who are unable to manage their money themselves, to protect those with a disability or to reduce the value of an estate without making an outright gift to a single beneficiary. A trustee is the person who takes on the responsibility of managing the Trust, and there is often more than one. A beneficiary is the person or persons who may benefit from the Trust.
