Sarah specialises in residential conveyancing and her experience includes:-

• A full remit of conveyancing work including freeholds, leaseholds, unregistered land, first registrations, right-to-buys, matrimonial matters, gifts of property, new builds, remortgages, lease enfranchisement, shared ownership, repossession, staircasing and reverse-staircasing matters.
• Development work including site set-ups, instigation and running of plot sales, acting predominantly for housing association clients and small to medium-sized developers.

Sarah is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). She worked for ten years at two magic circle firms in London, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2003. After many years’ experience in conveyancing with other law firms in the West Midlands area, she joined Wallace Robinson & Morgan in March 2026.

Sarah knows how difficult and stressful moving home can be. Not only are there financial pressures and packed schedules to juggle, there is also the potential packing up of years of your life into boxes. It can be extremely difficult emotionally and Sarah does everything in her power to make the moving process as easy as possible for everyone.

Sarah enjoys sports and in particular swimming. She also enjoys spending time with her children (being an active Scout leader), travelling, going to the cinema and socialising with family and friends.
