We are accredited members of the Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) This means that we follow best practice procedures to meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service in providing tailored Wills and Probate advice to our clients. Sarah Mochan and Ruth Nolan are also accredited members of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). SFE is an independent, national organisation of over 1,500 lawyers who provide specialist legal advice for older people, their families and carers. In order to be a fully accredited member lawyers must have a minimum of three years’ experience advising in areas of older client law and have completed the Older Client Care in Practice Award.
